Mama's Market This unfinished wood piece was just not getting sold and I felt so sorry for it ... no one out there seemed to have vision when it came to it's unusual shape. I was intending to design the pattern myself but then I was delighted to discover "Rusted Nails & Tattered Threads" by Wendy Leger who had a pattern called "Small Town Corkboard" which I could easily adapt to this wood piece. I also added the brick look to the building for a bit more fun. It's all done using DecoArt Americana Acrylics. Wouldn't this look cute in a kitchen and have utensils hanging off those wooden dowels below the shelf? |
