Joy To The World Nativity Tray

This front side's image came as a black & white line drawing only so it really challenged my colour theory knowledge and application.  :-)  All I can say is --> THANK HEAVEN for Delta's "Shades of Color" pamphlet which helped me tremendously for the shading and highlighting the basic colour palette I'd chosen!  The bottom was painted simply by my own free hand and using a close-up photo of a log cabin as a visual for assistance.  I was pleased with the result.

I was really tickled when it sold almost instantly at my first craft show, November 15, 2002.
